Job Description:
As a Call Center Manager at Gcash, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote call center agents in Davao City, PH. Your primary duty will be to ensure that the team is meeting performance goals, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of productivity. You will be expected to lead, motivate, and coach your team to achieve their best performance.
Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote call center agents and oversee their daily activities- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback and coaching to agents to improve their performance- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and customer satisfaction- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints- Ensure that agents are following company policies and procedures- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures- Prepare reports on team performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to keep agents informed and motivated- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:- 5 years of experience in a call center environment- Proven experience in a leadership role- Strong communication skills- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Confident and reliable personality traits- Ability to work well in a team and make quick decisions- Working knowledge of call center technology and software- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
