WE ARE HIRING FOR CALL CENTER AGENTS WHO ARE WILLING TO START ASAP (ON-SITE)!SALARY PACKAGE: Up to Php28,000 (to be based on experience)WORK LOCATION: CebuJOB DESCRIPTION:A Call Center Representative takes inbound and makes outbound calls with customers. Their duties include responding to questions and concerns about products or services their company offers.RESPONSIBILITIES:-Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner-Following call center "scripts" when handling different topics-Identifying customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:-Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus-Track record of over-achieving quota-Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening-Familiarity with CRM systems and practices-Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types-Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively-At least high school or senior high school degree
