Call Center Agent Positions - No Bpo Experience

**Responsibilities**:- Provide excellent information and case resolution pertaining to plan coverage and accounts.- Provide steady, superior service to every customer by making use of all available programs and resources.- Make guidelines to enhance operations and technical enhancements.- Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.- Being aware of the customers' specifications by means of efficient listening and questioning skills.**Job Qualifications**:- HS/ALS Graduate - No BPO experience Required.- Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills- Must be 35 Kilometers away from the site- Can do onsite work in Cebu IT Park, Cebu City.**Salary**: Php18,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Junior High School (preferred)
