Call Center Agent

The agents shall deal with customers on their concerns on the products of Iconn’s business partners while projecting a professional company image through voice and online transactions. Moreover, they shall use their knowledge of company products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, or problems. They speak with customers and listen to them to gain a better understanding of their needs, and offer possible solutions.
At least College Level
Must be proficient in using digital technology
Can type at least 40wpm
Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong customer service focus
Able to work on cyclical shifts, holidays and fast-paced environment
