Cad Operator / Draftsman

Highly proficient in 2D AutoCad (3D Preferred) and Photoshop, Revit, Sketch-Up is a plus- knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Ms Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)- Willing to be assigned in Mandaue City, Cebu- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and hardworking- Associate's Degree in Drafting is a plus- Additional courses in CAD software.- Practical experience with CAD software.- Knowledge of engineering and construction.- A completed apprenticeship would be advantageous.- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.- Superb work ethic and ability to accept feedback.- Willingness to work overtime when required.- Knowledge to all trades in MEPF works.- Minimum supervision**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Can prepare and develop complete detailed MEPF drawings and/or as built plans using the Cad Program- Revise and Updates drawings based on the instruction given by the Engineers and/or immediate supervisor.- Ensures compliance with building codes and standards.- Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.- Visiting sites to gather information, and determine limitations and feasibility of designs.- Interpreting project briefs and meeting with clients, engineers, and architects to ensure all blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.- Updating software, drawings, and other documents.- Remaining professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.- Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.- Communicating potential design issues to engineers and architects.- Conducting research when required.Schedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift**Experience**:- CAD: 3 years (preferred)Schedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- CAD: 3 years (preferred)
