Cad Designer

This is a remote position.

Responsibilities: Design furniture millwork and architectural elements per client needs.
3D model and create realistic renders for design proposals.
Create detailed shop drawings to communicate overall design design details and materiality.
Help clients solve issues related to space planning and code clearances.
Assist with the development of other customerfacing documents including design presentations furniture specification booklets company portfolios etc.
Help with light marketing activities. Occasional social media/brand management activities posting photos to Instagram etc.
Requirements Timeliness/responsiveness to emerging needs
Fluent English
Ability to read Architectural and Millwork drawings Proficiency in CAD Software such as Rhino (both 2D drawing and 3D modeling required) Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator InDesign Photoshop) Ability to produce realistic renderings using software such as Enscape or Lumion
Knowledge of VRay or Blender a plus
Strong knowledge of Google Documents (Google Docs Google Sheets Google Slides) Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
