JOB QUALIFICATIONS
• Ideal candidate should have 5 to 6 years’ experience in Procurement in IT services or BPO industry.
• Should have hands on experience in contract management, Negotiations and S2P/ERP tools like SAP, Ariba Etc.
• Should be well versed with local regulations and compliance related to procurement.
• Desirable qualification: MBA in supply chain or finance/engineering graduate.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Should be a go getter and problem solver.
• Knowledge of Japanese language will be an added advantage.
• Certification in supply chain management desirable.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Influence the spend of the company.
• Employee training on S2P Processes
• Define Procurement policy and include in Master policy based on local laws and compliance.
• Meet OTP targets of the company
• Support clusters for large deals.
• Facilitate quotes from the Local suppliers.
• Identify risk areas and mitigate the same.
• Negotiate local contracts and contract review.
• Supplier relationship management.
• Market intelligence report.
• Manage the off shore operations team.
• Implement new tools and technology from a procurement perspective.
