Business Solutions Analyst (Agency Compensation - Insurance)

Facilitate business requirements gathering, clarification & documentation.
Automation of Agency Compensation Reports
Provide comprehensive business analysis of requirements vis a vis the tools.
Determine projected business benefits for each task/project.
Act as the functional expert & “super user” of the tool.
Configure & maintain user-configurable tables in the tool.
Serve as the data steward of the tool.
Conduct regular consultation with all stakeholders of the tool as inputs for the tool’s continuous improvement.
Conduct or lead end-to-end testing of the tool with the end users.
Provide 1st level support in case of HO user issues/concerns.
University graduate
At least five years of experience in business analysis or process engineering role.
Experience in Automation of Reports
Experience in Agency Compensation in Insurance Industry
Must have an exprience working in an Insurance Industry
Experience in a sales/marketing support role or working on distribution-related tools is an advantage.
Experience in Strong analytical ability with skills in business mapping or business process engineering.
Attention to details, good documentation & organizational skills.
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical & non-technical language.
Strong written/oral communication skills.
Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Philippines.
