Description:
Manage the company’s digital media assets
Provides admin support for the business development team
Updating documents and ensuring the accuracy of it used for internal operations
Handles customer complaints and ensure prompt response on a daily basis
Keeps records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication to take the extra mile to engage customers
Identify opportunities and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements
Excellent time management skills
Detail-oriented
Accurate on schedule and meets deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and has a good eye for design
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
With strong computer skills, proficient in Google suites, and has the ability to learn new technology
Good at handling multiple tasks and troubleshooting
With at least 2 years of experience is preferred but not required
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Educational Background
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Education or any related course
