Business Operations Lead - Fulfillment (Business)

Job Description:
Lead the team in charge of ensuring service excellence of Tokopedia’s fulfillment Identify and lead the execution of innovative solutions to develop a best in class fulfillment service to all segments of Tokopedia’s merchants: B2C, marketplace, and New Retail Develop, monitor, and maintain metrics to monitor the end-to-end performance of all parts of the fulfillment service Identify, develop, and execute initiatives to optimize fulfillment operations, including working with partners in optimizing end-to-end warehousing, first-mile, and second-mile network to achieve high quality, stable, and cost efficient service Manage relationships with partners to ensure a high and consistent level of service, including leading operational review meetings and operational improvement efforts Lead collaborations with Product team and other relevant internal teams to continuously improve service Manage and maintain the growing network of Tokopedia’s fulfillment service Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the following areas of study: supply chain management, industrial engineering, and engineering management. Master in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business Administration is a plus Work experience in process improvement is required. Experience in supply chain / logistics consulting and implementation projects is preferred Outstanding problem solving skills, self-starter, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment
