QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experienceAt least 3 years of experience in software development and supportDemonstrated proficiency with SQL and ability to develop queriesDemonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Power BIExperience in data analysis, data modeling, and visualizationExperience in Microsoft SQL Server and Visual StudioGood communication skillsExperience developing reports, business requirement documentation, process flow diagrams, use cases and testing plansStrong knowledge of web technology products and delivery methodologiesAdapt to shifting priorities, multiple competing demands, ambiguity, and frequent changeDisplay a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to new business requirementsAbility to learn and apply new information, skills, and processes quickly and build upon existing knowledgeand skillsMust be able to function autonomously and as part of a virtual teamMust be willing to work extended hours from time to timeKey responsibilities include:Perform data mining including predictive analytics and trends analysisCreate a database that will store relevant dataDesign and visualize new reports and online dashboardsWork directly with stakeholders and business analyst to understand and document requirementsCommunicate findings and collaborate with stakeholdersCreate DAX scripts that will be used to calculate required metrics presented in dashboardsSupport data collection, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of bugsCreate required documentation and ensure that it is clear, concise, and accurateParticipate in the development of the project roadmapWork closely with the database architect, business analyst, and users to ensure timely and accurate delivery of development work
