Business Development Supervisor

•Responsible for identifying potential franchisee•Identify new business opportunities and building relationship w/ new franchisee•Develop and maintain client relationships•Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders•Monitor projects to ensure targets are executed as agreed•Make and give presentations to prospective clients and company executives•Track, identify and add qualified prospects to company sales pipeline•Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business•Conduct ongoing market research•Conceptualizes with the pricing, promos and programs with the demand creation team to create proposals. •Drive the end-to-end sales process
