Job Highlights• Stable company for over 100 years in the industry• Opportunities for career and financial growth• With HMO, Group Life Insurance and Clothing AllowanceJob Description:The business is now centered on the importation, stocking and distribution ofchemical for the Food, Pharmaceutical and Industrial sectors.QUALIFICATIONS• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry and/or anyrelated courses is an advantage.• With at least 4 years professional experience in developing strategies andmarketing raw material chemicals for food, pharmaceutical and industrialsector.• Can identify and create new opportunities for business growth andoptimizing marketing strategies.• Gathers relevant data, coordinating with different departments, conductingmarket research, looking for new business opportunities and creatingstrategies to help the organization achieve its goals.• Can drive the organization's business development strategies and enhancesits current portfolio.• CAN START ASAPJOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:• Identify opportunities for new products and for enhancement anddevelopment of existing products.• Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.• Monitoring revenue channels and creating opportunities to increaseprofitability.• Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.• Prospecting potential market while maintaining the sales revenue ofexisting client base.• Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potentialcollaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats.• Conduct market research to understand the market in which the Companyoperates and how the Company's products and services are used within thatmarket.• Ensure that the Company has an in-depth understanding of the users ofCompany products and their ongoing needs.• Perform competitor analysis and adjusting the systems, processes, ormarketing strategies to be at par with the competitor strategies.• Liaise with the sales team and management team, and back support team toalign the company's long-term strategies with the daily marketing activities.Work Schedule: Mon-Fri Work Location: Makati Head Office
