Business Development Specialist

Conducts comparative and feasibility studies and research work relating to the introduction of new products and services of PSE;
Provides assistance in drafting and reviewing rules and guidelines on assigned projects/products;
Together with the department head, interfaces with regulators, various organizations and market participants in establishing and maintaining partnerships to support the Exchange's business development initiatives;
Provides assistance in coordinating with departments, other exchanges, advisory groups and networks in support of project management initiatives and overall strategy of the Exchange;
Provides research and analysis on best practices in business planning and project management relevant to the Exchangeand its stakeholders;
Organizes and conducts business development-related events and activities, including educational and marketing campaigns; marketing materials for product launches; product presentations and interview guides for top management;
Drafts department communications, reports, SOPs and other informational materials relating to new product/service;
Monitors global market news and trends to stay abreast of the markets and latest developments; and
Performs other duties that may be assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time.
Must be a graduate of Business, Economics or Finance-related course;
At least three (3) years relevant work experience in business/product development and project management;
Proficient in research and technical writing;
Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
