Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Business Development Specialist to help us spread the comfort and empowerment of ecora across the Philippines! Your responsibilities: Retailer/Distributor Sourcing: Hunt for potential retail stores where ecora can be showcased and sold effectively. Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with both large and small retail stores to secure distribution agreements for ecora products. Sales Pitch and Presentation: Craft compelling sales pitches and presentations to demonstrate the value of ecora to potential retail partners. Deal Closure: Seal the deal! Ensure that contracts and agreements with retail stores are successfully finalized. Market Research: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform our business development strategies. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with retail partners, customers, and vendors. Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from customers and retail partners to continuously improve our products and services. Flexibility: Be open to taking on additional tasks and responsibilities as the role evolves in our fast-paced environment. Your Qualifications: 2-4 Years of Solid Experience in Sales and/or Business Development ( Why? It demonstrates that you have a proven track record in sales and business development. It means you have the skills to identify opportunities, negotiate effectively, and close deals.) Specialized Experience in Retail ( Why? We seek a candidate with a specialized focus on collaborating with key stakeholders within the shopping mall sector.) Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields ( Why? It provides you with a solid foundation in business principles, marketing strategies, and market analysis.) Negotiation Expert ( Why? It ensures that you can represent the company's interests effectively.) Be Able To Do Field Work ( Why? It ensures that you are ready to meet potential retail partners in person, negotiate on-site, and build valuable relationships, which are critical for the success of the role.) Extroverted Personality ( Why? This role involves extensive interaction with various people. Your outgoing personality will help in building and maintaining relationships.) Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills ( Why? These skills are essential for creating compelling pitches, delivering persuasive presentations, and maintaining clear and productive communication with clients.) Commercial Awareness ( Why? It ensures that you can adapt strategies based on the evolving market landscape and make informed decisions to drive business growth.) Creative and Strategic Thinking ( Why? Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
