URGENT HIRE!Updated as of April 4, 2024Company industry: the importation, stocking and distribution of chemical for the Food, Pharmaceutical and Industrial sectorsWork Location: Makati CityWork Schedule: Monday to FridaySalary Range: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000Qualifications:• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Chemistry and/or any related courses is an advantage.• With at least 4 years professional experience in developing strategies and marketing raw material chemicals for food, pharmaceutical and industrial sector.• Can identify and create new opportunities for business growth and optimizing marketing strategies.• Gathers relevant data, coordinating with different departments, conducting market research, looking for new business opportunities and creating strategies to help the organization achieve its goals.• Can drive the organization's business development strategies and enhances its current portfolio.• CAN START ASAPJob Duties and Responsibilities:• Identify opportunities for new products and for enhancement and development of existing products.• Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.• Monitoring revenue channels and creating opportunities to increase profitability.• Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.• Prospecting potential market while maintaining the sales revenue of existing client base.• Monitor and report on the activities of competitors and potential collaborators and to identify business opportunities and threats.• Conduct market research to understand the market in which the Company operates and how the Company's products and services are used within that market.• Ensure that the Company has an in-depth understanding of the users of Company products and their ongoing needs.• Perform competitor analysis and adjusting the systems, processes, or marketing strategies to be at par with the competitor strategies.• Liaise with the sales team and management team, and back support team to align the company's long-term strategies with the daily marketing activities.Please do not apply if you're not located within NCR or nearby cities.Note: This is for direct and permanent hire, not under agency.
