Business Development Specialist - Custom Manufacturing (Food)

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English, Filipino
At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): business development, strategic thinking, optimistic, leads generation
Preferably Supervisor/Assistant Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Proven working experience as a business development executive, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record in the food and beverage sector specifically in food manufacturing or commissaries
Experience in the Ice Cream Production is a PLUS!
Experience in customer support is a requirement
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Extensive Market knowledge in the food industry is a PLUS!
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
Market Research, Planning and development of marketing literature is an advantage
