Business Development (Quezon City)

Criteria• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.• At least 6-8 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related field.• Knowledgeable in Project Management, Budgeting and Marketing/Branding.• Strong communication skills and adaptive learning to new technologies related to the job function.• Can handle negotiations between suppliers, renewing and prospective clients.• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. (e.g., Salesforce)• Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, suchas using software programs and machines.• Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities.• Having experience in the Real Estate industry is a plus.
