Business Development Officer

Job Description Job Summary The position is primarily responsible for the business development, tenant management, marketing strategies and implementation, collection of the assigned J&JPTC property.
Duties and Responsibilities
Meet the occupancy targets set in the Annual Operating Plan.
Prepares, formulates and presents for Management approval all business related initiatives.
Implements and reports on the progress and performance measurement of all approved Management initiatives.
Prepares and reports on all established Key Performance Indicators at the monthly Business Review meeting.
Prepare the Annual Operating Plan for Management approval covering Revenue, Occupancy and Collection targets for assigned properties.
Processes tenant contracts in compliance with Contracts Management procedures.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Open to fieldwork
