GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY: Will be responsible for implementing and executing the plans and programs and setting timelines of deliverables in relation to digital and indoor media business.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in planning, executing and monitoring Indoor Media operations; this includes acquisition of resources and coordination with other departments, site owners and business partners in order to ensure that service delivery is within the agreed time and budget.
- Will handle all business and admin operations through coordination with Sales, Creatives, Business Development, Admin (Procurement), Finance, Engeneering and also with external suppliers/service providers
- Facilitates the maintenance of all units/sheds through close coordination with Digi-Tech and Maintenance groups
- Prepares and submits clients’ reports, presentation materials and other documents required
- Serves as facilitator/intermediary for projects not only for internal (between management and departments) but also external (between company and partners/clients) when necessary
- Manages the required coordination in order to ensure that service delivery/execution is within the agreed time and budget
- Provide marketing services support to Sales Account Management of indoor media locations
