Business Development Officer

Purpose of the Position:Facilitates and implements training programs for dealers; evaluates effectiveness of training programs; oversees the development of dealers and oversees growth of branch recruitmentKey Responsibilities:Revenue GenerationMonitors performance of new recruitsChecks and analyzes repeat PO performance of dealersDealer Recruitment and SelectionStrategizes in-house promos and branch activities to increase number of recruitsConducts fieldwork (Opportunity Meeting, House-to-House Recruitment)Training and Development:Promotes all training programs to all dealers through branch postings, meetings, assemblies and other gatheringsRecommends promotional strategies and activities needed for dealers to increase branch revenuesRecognizes active participation of dealers in training programsConducts training programs that focus on dealer developmentPrepares all logistics and materials needed for all branch activitiesQualifications:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales or equivalent.Full-Time position(s) available.Willing to be assigned within Metro Manila Area
