Job Description:
As a Manager, you will:


Analyse key business opportunities. Develop applicable leads for the agency through a defined sales funnel. Initiate new relationships with potential clients. Lead introductory pitches/meetings between clients and agency leaders. Manage and assisting a small team of Business Development officers. Oversee end-to-end sales process. Working with the business leaders to define a new business strategy. Collaborating with the design team to develop marketing tools. Keep up to date with industry offerings and competitors pricing. Increase new business opportunities through digital marketing and other routes to market. Minimum Qualifications:
Male or Female, 23 - 35 yo. 3 years work experience in digital marketing account executive and/or business development. Has a strong connection with local agency leaders and potential clients with big digital marketing budget spend allocation. Proven success in business development, client relationship and servicing skills, and solution-based selling. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Advanced sales skills. Good Communication and Negotiation skill.
