As a Business Development member team in Fintech Tribe, you will develop business directions, create business plans, and execution strategy, identify new business opportunities especially in Financial Service products, develop and maintain good partnerships with Partners and ensure the products are User-friendly.
1. Develop growth strategy focused on Financial Services products
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
3. Prepare contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
4. Provide trustworthy feedback to Business Partners
5. Provide report to Management
6. Maintain good relationship with Partners
7. Provide transparent and detail information of Fintech products to Users
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field Broad knowledge of marketing strategy Basic knowledge in Microsoft excel and powerpoint Market knowledge especially on Financial Service/Fintech Proficiency in English Excellent communication, time management, and planning skills Good negotiation skills (includes reviewing contracts) Strong analytical and creative thinking person Strong and enthusiastic team player with a creative mindset Self-driven, love challenges, detail-oriented, have an entrepreneurial spirit and get things done Must be able to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment Being able to collaborate with Product team working on the content product development for Tokopedia Works well under pressure has the ability to work within stringent timelines and to collaborate across departments to achieve results
