Job Description:
Business Development Executive (BDE) will develop and maintain client relationships by developing effective ways to transport customer needs utilizing Kompas Gramedia Logistics' services. The role serves in a sales capacity and communicates with both customer and carrier contacts. The BDE are responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, assessing client specific needs, promoting and selling services, and maintaining sales goals and objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, Cultivate new sales leads to establish business, Sell and negotiate Kompas Gramedia Logistics' services to potential E-Commerce who needs logistic services, Responsible for securing and maintaining new business, Provide quotes for current and prospective clients, Ability to make phone calls and spend in excess of four hours on the telephone every day, Update and maintain the report, Proactively identify problems and implement effective solutions,Provide customer satisfaction follow-up with clients as needed, Achieve individual, team, and company goals, Work closely with Operations to ensure customer requirement is fulfilled Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to work both independently and within a team; Extremely organized and detail oriented; Must possess a strong work ethic; Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to negotiate rates, sell services, and build professional relationships via telephone and email; Strong communication (both verbal and written - fluent in English is preferable), problem solving, and decision making skills; Previous working background in logistics is a must.
