Business Development Executive

Job Description:
Identify, research, evaluate, and pursue sales opportunities to achieve company and personal targets
Lead meetings and negotiations, conduct sales presentations, design proposals for potential clients, and business partners
Refer sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate people in the organization and liaise with other functional and operational teams to ensure that service level metrics are met.

Qualifications:Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Sales & Marketing or any related field;
With at least 2 years experience in Sales.
Experience in selling services such as HR services, Recruitment, Background Check or Insurance and the like is a distinct advantage
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
With strong sales and marketing persona - must be comfortable making sales pitches and tenacious in pursuing leads.
Can work under pressure
Good in Stress Management
