Participate in the formulation of Company strategies and implement tactical initiativesStrategize, plan, direct and monitor the operations of the business unit in support of the Company’s goals and objectivesCoordinate business unit objectives and action plans with other units to ensure a smooth flow of business operationsFormulate, maintain and/or continuously enhance business unit systems(back office operations and sales and marketing) and procedures to ensure maximum operational efficiency and excellent output qualityManage and develop workforce performance and maintain a performance driven culture among employees of the headed business unitAnalyze, create, monitor and manage the business unit’s operating budgetMonitor daily and monthly production of all products per distribution channel, analyze results, report to management and make appropriate recommendations as necessaryIncrease revenues through the following activities:Regular review and analysis of existing products’ profitability based on actual and projected production, and implementation of appropriate actionsRegular industry and competitor scan, and recommend and implement appropriate actions based on resultsDevelop and launch new products and distribution channels together with the Business Development departmentDevelop and effectively execute sales promotion and lead generation activitiesCreate and sustain effective collaborative partnerships with product agentsCreate and sustain positive relationships with customers Verify, approve and/or disapprove loan application based on documents submitted, PCNI accomplished documents and other criteria such as capacity to pay (both borrower and co-maker), age and health condition (both borrower & co-maker) Monitor performance of Caravan itineraries and make improvements as necessaryPerform other tasks that may be assignedCandidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.With at least 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in retail financial institutions and related industries.Required Skill(s): Sales Management, forecasting, planning and negotiation, skills.With excellent communications, presentations and organizations skills.With strong planning, execution, leadership and training skills.Highly analytical with good business acumen.Preferably 5 years exp.
