J ob Position:Marketing and Business Development Manager
Overview:
As the Marketing and Business Development Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding our market presence. You will lead our marketing initiatives, develop strategic partnerships, and identify new business opportunities to propel the company forward. This position requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to successfully execute marketing campaigns and foster sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including website content, product literature, and promotional materials. Manage digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM strategies, to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers, to foster business development opportunities. Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances to expand market reach and drive revenue growth. Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing strategies for maximum ROI. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate and refine marketing and business development strategies. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;MBA preferred. Proven track record of success in marketing and business development roles, preferably inInformation Technology or Digital Services Industry. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal teams, clients, and partners. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach to problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs.
