JOB DESCRIPTION ArcOn Brands is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Analyst with strong research, analytical, quantitative, presentation and problem-solving skills and a proven record in executing project deliverables.
This is an outstanding opportunity, working predominately with international fashion and luxury retail brands. You will be required to research prospective clients, prepare business plans and client proposals, create financial models, sales and data reports, and communicate with current and prospective clients.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY Research and analysis of ongoing client acquisition Identify and research potential sales leads across different regions. Enter and maintain leads into company database Coordinate and attend calls and meetings with prospective clients and service providers – be proactive in taking the lead in arranging and following up on these meetings Develop content and assist in writing proposals for prospective clients. Work closely with senior management to ensure the company is in the best position to win new business opportunities Manage project timeline, ensure you are always one-step ahead and communicate milestones with team Prospect new technologies and platforms to improve the company's processes and competitiveness Support financial business plan development – working closely with our finance team to develop clear business plans Support the presentation of business plans REQUIREMENTS Two+ years Business Development experience or other related experience (for example business analyst, corporate finance or management consulting) Undergraduate degree required in business administration, finance, marketing or other related studies Strong brand awareness and clear understanding of marketing mix. Experience in retail growth strategy and consumer experience Excellent PowerPoint presentation and written skills Strong research and analytical abilities Strong excel skills and comfortable looking at numbers Strong customer centric approach with excellent, relationship management, communication and presentation skills Ability to be flexible in support and collaboration with other functional business units (marketing, finance, operations) Immediate available preferred ATTRIBUTES Demonstrates Proactive working attitude, energy, and self-learning capability. Ability to solve problems quickly, think creatively, and work in a fast-paced marketing environment Strong project management and budgeting skills. Team player that works well with counterparts from various functions/departments and has the ability to influence the work of counterparts without direct reporting accountability Skilled at establishing effective relationships with internal and external partners Experience of working with associates/ vendors/ customers in remote locations and international markets (multiple time zones).
