Business And Project Development Officer

The Business & Project Development Officer will lead the development and management of real estate projects including but not limited to:- Industrial Lots for Sale- Commercial Lots for SalesIn developing and managing projects, the BPD Officer's responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Seeking management approval for new projects,- Maintaining financial health of the project,- Planning and monitoring of project milestones,- And coordination with Inventory Generation Group, Sales, Marketing and Operations team.Minimum Requirements:- College graduate in any business or technical course- at least 3 years of experience in business development, project management, or equivalent.**Benefits**:- Paid training- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus
