QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 9 to 13 years of relevant business analysis experience and expertise in core banking implementations and in-depth knowledge and experience in – loan management systems, retail banking, digital banking Trade processing, position management, and digital channels.Strong experience in Loan Management System functions, requirements, and processes and managing requirements with demonstrated large-scale implementation experienceDemonstrated experience in delivering business analysis and requirements management activities for TEMENOS Transact / - Transact solution implementationStrong Business Analysis capability particularly in requirements management and coordination of implementation of large-scale programsExcellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience in managing diverse sets of stakeholders and conducting effective workshopsExcellence in managing business analysis documentation capabilities and in producing BA deliverables including business requirements, functional requirements, user storiesStrong experience in process documentation and driving change management for leading banks in the PhilippinesExperience in data analysis and data migration involving Temenos TransactStrong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders when required.Strong team player and good interpersonal skillsWell-versed in industry developments and trends in the relevant functional domainExperience in driving digital initiatives with business and operations will be an advantageAbility to adapt to different software development methodologies, e.g. Agile and Waterfall projectsPassion to drive solutions and deliver project
