QUALIFICATIONS:A minimum of three (3) years' experience in the field of Information Technology specifically on system implementation, progressive knowledge in basic programming, process engineering, system development life cycle (SDLC), business analysis and various project management tools.Proficient in business process and system impact analysis.Strong banking operations background/experience. Knowledge of Trade Finance and Loans products and operation is an edge.Strong business management and designing business process skillsAbility to understand and articulate business requirementsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build business relationshipsExcellent written and oral communications skillsAbility to conduct and analyze business testing to review test scenarios/scripts/casesKnowledge in different IT platform and collaboration toolsAbility to create informative analysis and concise presentation materials
