Business Analyst

The role of the Business Analyst is to assist in the maintenance and improvement of computer systems of our company. This role works closely with senior management to formulate system requirements, develop system plans and documentation, review and evaluate existing systems, and design and modify systems to meet the business needs. INDIVIDUAL ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES: General IT Support Data analytics and manipulation using different BI platforms. Report writing and verification. IT project support; system development and implementation support General IT support for applications and hardware, including liaising with appropriate 3rd party suppliers. General administrative support (backstop data entry fallback based on demand).Act in best interests of the company: Always act in the best interests of the company. Refrain from acting or giving the appearance of acting contrary to the interests of the Company. Use your best endeavors to protect the good name and reputation of the company, the Director and Staff. Perform your duties to the best of your ability and energy. Uphold the highest level of confidentiality regarding the company, associated companies and customers. Work health and safety and management system compliance: Report all incidents, hazards, near misses and unsafe work practices Ensure all policies, procedures, safe work practices and safe work procedures are followed. Promote safe attitudes and work practices. Participate in toolbox talks, contribute to the team's safety and productivity. Co-operate with the management team to ensure the Companies compliance with the duty of care of its employees.General: Perform all other duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCES REQUIRED: At least 12 months related experience and may have, or be undertaking, a formal qualification in Information Technology or related field. Data analytics and manipulation using different BI platforms. Relevant experience in a fast-moving business environment. Microsoft 365 system experience might be Understanding of Computers and Electronics. Strong administrative and procedural skills. Excellent attention to detail. Initiative and integrity. Team player. Flexibility in hours worked to achieve operational targets. A current driver's license.
