Performs business requirements gathering from external and internal stakeholders usingelicitation techniques and ensures proper documentation of these requirements usingInfomax-approved templates and forms.2. Creates business requirements documentation, and creates system specifications that driveproduct development and implementation.3. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates client's requirement to implement systems solutions tosupport the client's business processes requirements.4. Creates functional specifications provided by internal and external stakeholders, of Infomaxdeveloped products and services.5. Creates process flow chart/diagram to provide a visual overview of all the tasks andrelationships in a business process.6. Function as a liaison between business users and the technical team.7. Participates in software design collaboration sessions with Solutions Architect andDevelopment teams, to define software functionalities and enhancements of Infomaxdeveloped products and services.8. Manages development of Infomax developed products and services, features andenhancements, as aligned with each product's roadmap.9. Coordinates activity schedules and user acceptance to project delivery team and externalclients10. Formulates project scoping and pricing of services for project implementation of differentpackaged solutions proposed to external clients.11. Documents project actualization costs, to ensure that costs are still within the budget, andalerts Team Lead when actual costs are about to exceed estimated costs.12. Leads Risk Assessment sessions with Project team for identifying risks, ensuring mitigatingplans are solid, and taking on the responsibility for follow through of proposed mitigatingplans for each assigned project.13. Consolidates & Validates Build Packages and Patches, as endorsed by QA, for propercommercial versioning and documentation, and handover to implementation team.14. Monitors software issues of Infomax developed products and services as handled by theSupport team, from problem reporting to resolution.15. Conduct Post-Project Meetings with project team, to discuss the different project aspects,like lessons learned, what we did well, and what we can further improve on.16. Ensure that all issues encountered during Project Implementation Phase are properlyaddressed and resolved in a timely manner.17. Conducts regular checkpoints/meetings with the business users to ensure that issues areappropriately addressed.18. Research on new technologies for improving usage of marketed products and applications,as well as to enhance existing packaged solutions to clients.19. Participates in collaboration sessions with Solutions Architect and Development teams, todiscuss prioritization of software functionalities and enhancements of Infomax developedproducts and services.20. Coaches Jr. Business Analysts on business requirements gathering from external andinternal stakeholders using different techniques.21. Perform all other job-related tasks that may be assigned by the Service Delivery Lead.22. Business Analyst I report to the Service Delivery Lead. 23. Solves a range of straightforward problems; analyzes possible solutions using standardprocedures.24. Business Analyst I work is closely managed, can do activities defined with significantguidance from Team Lead25. Works with minimal guidance from team lead26. Business Analyst I can provide guidance to other team members and providerecommendations to Clients to improve their processes
