What you will do: Addresses restaurant issues and concerns related to repairs and maintenance promptly. Facilitates, collaborates and take lead amongst internal and cross functional stakeholders for restaurant related special projects or minor renovation. Collaborates with contractors, service providers, and suppliers to inspect and evaluate restaurant facilities, determining scope and estimating budgets. Manages project activities, including costs, time and materials, schedules, budgets, and change orders, ensuring objectives are met within established parameters. Monitors project budgets to identify potential financial overruns and variances, providing recommendations to mitigate financial implications. Builds and maintains a database on the work and asset condition and history of assigned stores. Ensures quality control standards for construction, including cost, time, and conformity with specifications. Conducts and leads regular site meetings with service providers, suppliers, and operations representatives. Provides timely updates on project milestones and progress, implementing schedule recovery efforts as needed. Assesses and evaluates the performance of contractors, suppliers, and service providers. Performs other related functions as may be assigned. What we are looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architect Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect. With experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Estimating, and Facilities Management.
