• Experience in propertymanagement preferably Residentialand Hotel.• Degree in BS Tourism, HotelManagement or related course• With 1-2 years of experience asBuilding Admin or Hotel andProperty Management• Preferably with Safety OfficerTraining Certificate• With pleasing personality• Can supervise and lead multipleproperties.• Strong organizational skills• Can work under less orminimum supervisionBuilding Manager supervisesoperations in all hoteldepartments. In-charge ofmanaging and facilitating hotelrooms, residential unit leasingand commercial areas of theproperty. Ensures that thehandled property/s achieve thetarget by the management whileensuring the highest standardsare being met.
