Building Maintenance Technician

BUILDING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Job Responsibilities: Maintains and repairs motor pumps, generators, and other related types of machinery and equipment.Facilitates maintenance and repair of electrical systems of the building (Minor and major repairs).Plot maintenance schedule.Ensure that the maintenance schedule plotted is being followed through and completed.Facilitates repair and replacement of electrical-related fixtures as needed.Maintain and monitor the inventory of related supplies. Prepare requisition as needed.Help facilitates maintenance and repair of non-technical aspects of the building as required.Helps withthe maintenance of the water system, as needed.Any other related duties as required by the management.Job Qualifications: With knowledge and experience in the operation and repair of electromechanical systems such as Genset, motor pumps, and related machinery and equipment.With knowledge and experience in electrical installations and troubleshooting, basic plumbing, or carpentry.At least 1 year of experience in building maintenance.TESDA NC2&3 Training Certificates related to the field are a plus.Willing to render overtime.Willing to help the team to accomplish the team's goal.
