BROKER COORDINATOR (1)JOB QUALIFICATIONS:? Graduate of BS Real Estate Management? Must be a Licensed Broker? Willing to start immediately in Angeles City main officeRESPONSIBILITIES:? Assists with the preparation of logistics for project briefing, training, and siteorientation to newly accredited brokers and their agents? Provides after-sales services.? Updates sellers/brokers inventory, price list, ongoing promos, assist theirinquiries and concerns.? Provides the brokers and Broker Managers with presentation materials such ashandouts, brochures, flyers, sales kits, as well as other necessary digitalmaterials for the successful promotion of the project.SALARY RANGE: 14k – 18kBENEFITS: Government Mandated benefitsWORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMWORK LOCATION: Angeles City, Pampanga
