Broker Coordinator??Graduate of BS Real Estate Management or any relevant courses?? Must be a Licensed Broker?? Willing to start immediately in Subic, Olongapo RESPONSIBILITIES:?? Assists with the preparation of logistics for project briefing, training, and siteorientation to newly accredited brokers and their agents??Provides after-sales services.?? Updates sellers/brokers inventory, price list, ongoing promos, assist theirinquiries and concerns.?? Provides the brokers and Broker Managers with presentation materials such ashandouts, brochures, flyers, sales kits, as well as other necessary digitalmaterials for the successful promotion of the project.
