Currently, we're looking for a **Brand Planner** to join our **Marketing** team. If you're a driven, self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, highly collaborative environment, come join our team!We're looking for a Brand Planner to own and direct our on and off Amazon communications. You must be highly experienced and hands on at writing detailed product communications, advertising and brand briefs. You will be responsible for brand and product messaging, ad campaigns, insights gathering and all campaign and eCommerce metrics and reporting relating to communications.**What you'll do as a Brand Planner**:As Brand Planner you will be responsible for creating our eCommerce product comms and our advertising campaigns:- **Product listings**: We have over 200 products and are launching c. 4 products per month. You need to own all our eCommerce listings; briefing on how to optimize our listing images, product messaging and all eCommerce design to maximize conversion. You need to be adept at brief writing and creative feedback, giving precise direction on imagery, crafting copy and branding design and aesthetics.- **Social Campaigns**: you will own our social media accounts across our 5 brands. The goal here is to increase followers, drive engagement and manage promotional campaigns (e.g. new product launches, seasonal moments, reactive campaigns)- **Influencer Marketing**: You will manage our influencer marketing campaigns, finding and recruiting influencers, managing campaigns and reporting on metrics- **Research and Insights gathering**: in order to draft killer briefs you will need to conduct customer research, looking at reviews, purchase drivers, pain points and competitor analysis. You need to be skilled at extracting key insights that will shape our messaging and campaigns.- **Data and Metrics**: you will manage all reporting of our eCommerce (conversion rates, sessions, dwell times), Ad Campaigns (CTR, Conversion) and Social Media (Engagement, Follows, Sales Attribution).- You MUST have at least 3-5 years experience as a Brand Manager client side or as a strategic planner at a communications agency- You must be able to demonstrate experience working across Brand and Product communications with a focus on digital channels**These help, but aren't dealbreakers**:- eCommerce experience is an advantage but not mandatory- We are a small, high growth, fast paced business so a doer and a hands on approach is needed. Experience in similar environments is advantageous
