Job Summary Responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all in-store merchandising, digital marketing & grassroots initiatives for the QHC portfolio of distributed brands and private label brands.


Specific Tasks & Responsibilities Coordinate and execute in-store, grassroots and digital marketing initiatives to effectively communicate the brands’ strategic positioning to its target market Collaborate with event organizers, media partners, sponsors, vendors, ambassadors/endorsers and other stakeholders to achieve marketing objectives Manage the involvement of key influencers and celebrities participating in events & sponsored activities Monitor the progress of all projects and collaborate with other internal groups and external partners to accomplish objectives on schedule and within budget Optimize and administer the marketing budget allocated for below-the-line initiatives Ensure the effective execution of promotional activities, public relations efforts, advertising campaigns and digital marketing initiatives within the target timelines Conduct and accomplish post-promotion and post-event reports / analysis Execute sponsorship contract and event agreement terms Monitor and record brand ambassadors / endorsers media exposure / mileage Oversee the creative development of marketing materials to ensure consistent messaging Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure that brand campaigns, promotions and other digital efforts are posted on time and that cost are within budget Establish and cultivate relations with key industry media Key Results Areas Coordinate and execute in-store, grassroots and digital marketing efforts to increase brand awareness Maintain brand identity and consistent messaging across all distribution channels Develop promotional opportunities and oversee implementation Accomplish post implementation reports Foster teamwork, creativity, commitment, integrity and passion in parallel with QHC’s mission to develop extraordinary champions Key Performance Indicators Increase in sales, market share, brand awareness and brand equity Consistent in-store product & visual merchandising across all distribution channels Timely execution and delivery of all brand marketing requirements Increase Media mileage
