Clients work with marketing agencies to get their branding, digital marketing or websites right. And one secret ingredient for a great working relationship between the client and the agency is the Account Manager.We're looking to upsize the team with a proactive Account Manager - an officer with the client's success in mind.Must have/be:- Experience or background in:- BPO- Doing virtual administrative tasks- Project management of a virtual team- Excellent English communication skills especially in verbal and written.- Able to learn from rejection and take in feedback.- Able to juggle a number of tasks and is quick to respond to the needs of the team or client.- High attention to detail (Yes, can see things to the microscopic level!)- Willingness to learn and unlearn technical things- Good critical-thinking skills and problem solving skills- A reasonable sense of urgency and importance of a project- Able to assess and do quality assurance of the project- Able to give and receive feedback to his or her peers- Not a yes-person, please! A TEAM PLAYER who is firm and can plan with the client and the team.- Not a student- Proven good track record of attendance and schedule adherenceGreat-to-haves:- Basic Knowledge in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as ActiveCampaign, Ontraport, Mailchimp.- Understanding in how a sales funnel, marketing campaign and website functions- Has had experience in social media managementWorking Hours:- Monday to Friday from 8am - 5pmLet's create success milestones for our clients!**Salary**: Php15,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- General Santos City, South Cotabato: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
