Job Description:
Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms; ensure that output is within brand image Analyze the success of marketing campaigns Supervise advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding Meet with clients and work with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure projects are aligned with company's branding guidelines Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications Evaluate trends, assess new data and keep up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques Participate and co-lead brainstorming meetings and branding sessions Craft brand plan and implement this in all campaigns and strategies Develop brand DNA including brand persona, voice, tone Identify brand image and customer demographic Shape brand standards to ensure all executions are brand appropriate Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent At least 3 year(s) of working experience in a managerial role is required for this position Candidate must be a self-starter, with above average communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment; highly-creative and with collaborative attitude
