Description

: MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

The job will entail close working relationship with the Foods Marketing Director, to create a new space / positioning for Knorr. The individual we are looking for needs to be proactive, driven with strong bias for action, and has a keen mindset for growth.

JOB SUMMARY

- Launch Unilever food products
- Identify differentiated positioning for Knorr
- Manage the P&L for the brands
- Responsible for leading the taskforce team in OTIF world-class launches of projects and activations
- Responsible for understanding and analyzing data, and making growth plans & strategies for the brands
- Work with agencies in making new campaigns for local activations, and deployment mixes
- Work closely with CD & SC team in ensuring excellent in-market execution and speed to market

KEY REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing in a food/consumer goods industry
- Experience in managing brand P&L
- Experience in strategy development, analysis, brand equity management
- Experience in brand activation, communication development, execution
- Experience in leading cross functional task force
