The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
Job Description:
Responsible for providing in-depth insight and analysis on Mall and/or Seller Groups in order to asses shop and account manager performance
Deliver impact on Mall growth by monitoring seller campaign participation, tracking marketing support and overall account management
Coordinate between business units and category clusters to ensure Mall specific initiatives are properly executed
Execute, monitor and report on key Mall initiatives and deliver potential improvements to programs
Assist in troubleshooting seller-related problems and providing actionable proactive solutions to potential issues
Supplement the management of key accounts ensuring growth on the platform of these sellers

Requirements:
Holds a bachelor’s degree with excellent academic record
With minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Process-oriented and logical
Strong team player and a capable individual contributor
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
Flexible to work long hours on occasion
