**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**Marketing- Assists in the preparation of shootings.- Monitors and records of brand campaigns.- Routes of purchase request to the marketing department.Merchandising- Assists in the monitoring of product development in integrated merchandising system.- Routes product samples for endorsement.Visual Merchandising- Assists in the endorsement of store proposals to be keep in the distribution center.- In-charge of receiving in-store materials.- Monitors and tracks store photos reports.- Prepares the delivery validation endorsement form.- Routes the purchase request to the visual merchandising department.Others- Collates product samples during presentations.- Files personnel request forms.- In-charge of the maintenance of the brand merchandising room.- In-charge of the ordering and monitoring of office supplies.- Monitors companywide events like ukay sale and etc.**COMPETENCIES**:**KNOWLEDGE**- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Applications- Proficient computer program skills (Microsoft Office) and ability to learn other programs in a short period of time (Outlook, Adobe Photoshop)- Working knowledge of photo-editing tools like Adobe Photoshop and other editing software.- Knowledge**SKILLS**- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Has the ability to multi-task.- Has a creative mindset.- Good analytical skills.**ATTITUDE**- Positive work attitude.- Self-motivated with a desire to learn.**Job Types**: Fresh graduate, Full-timeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Balintawak: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Language**:- English (required)
