Learn more: jti.com What is this position about?You will be overseeing the day-to-day operation of a branch warehouse. You will ensure the completeness and accuracy of inventory at any given time, as well as maintain product quality by applying company standards processes, controls and policies. You will also be accountable for ensuring product quality of all finished goods and that all quality issues/concerns are filed and reported to Management. What will you do?Branch Operations Lead - supervise the overall Branch warehouse operations and ensure operation standards and controls of the company is implemented and compliant to good warehousing practices.Inventory Record Accuracy - ensure 100% Inventory Record Accuracy by seamless recording and monitoring of transactions in both SAP and the subsystem. Perform cycle counts and patriate in van inventory route settlement. Product Quality Sustainability - ensure implementation of the first to expire- first to out policy. Report slow moving SKUs that require rotation or sales program support to avoid expiration and ensure compliance to Quality Management programs such as Beetle Count Index, Temperature-RH and quarterly General Pest Control ActivitiesAsset Management - ensure compliance to asset maintenance management to prolong asset usability.
