Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and salesAssess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunitiesDevelop forecasts, financial objectives and business plansMeet goals and metricsLocate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunitiesAddress customer satisfaction issues promptlyNetwork to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and companyOther tasks that may be given by the management from time to time.- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.- Required Skill(s): Sales, Communication, Technical- Preferably Supervisor/2 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales- Background in Fire Protection is an advantage- Must be willing to be interviewed at Palmer Makati Sales Office.- Preferably has their own vehicle ( gas and 50% yearly maintenance will be shouldered by the company)TO BE ASSIGNED IN PAMPANGA
