Plan and develop sales strategies and programs for Cebu Team to attain sales and productivity targets.- Manage, monitor and review A/R, deals, discount and terms, promotional expense budget/sponsorship to optimize utilization and achieve sales collection target.- Plan, manage and ensure proper storage and accuracy of inventory documents and data to ensure sufficiency and availability of materials and tools.- Plan, manage, oversee, implement and control material, tools and equipment movements from point of origin to point of destination to meet customers' demand.- Ensure company properties are safe and well-maintained to encourage workforce productivity- Select, supervise, evaluate, motivate and train subordinates to ensure employee performance, build and sustain a competent team.**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php350,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Commission pay- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Supervising: 5 years (preferred)
