Fortuna St. in Mandaue City.J Centre Mall the first venture of Everjust Realty Development Corp is a premier family and community-oriented shopping destination committed to deliver enhanced convenience and satisfaction by offering extensive and contemporary products and services.We are looking for:**LEASING MANAGER**- Directly reports to the Mall Manager- Suggests what tenants to invite based on mall concept, assists with acquiring contact details and other pertinent information and may be front liner on negotiations especially for sensitive and important accounts- Gives recommendations on proposed rental rate and other terms- Monitors on lease proposals sent out and any progress on accounts giving feedback to management- Formulates plans to hit sales and occupancy targets set by the mall- Regularly goes over monthly occupancy reports, ad and exhibit sales reports, and tenant outstanding accounts- Makes necessary action with regards to collecting outstanding billings in the form of demand letters, meetings and possible disconnection of utilities- Identifies additional income generating areas to boost sales performance- Monitors discounts given to tenants keeping within budget given*- Acts as a channel between tenant and mall management; discusses with tenant on their concerns with regards to rental fees, sales, etc. and recommends course of action to management for approval- Establishes good relations with tenants to facilitate company's programs and objectives and to monitor monthly sales and account receivablesSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
