Branch Head (Cebu City Branch)

Responsible in monitoring the day to day operations of the branch.
Ensuring over-all operational efficiency of the branch consistent with established policies, procedures, and control processes.
Ensuring quality of delivery service to all customers.
Overseeing of All Loan Consultant of the Company (External and Internal Agents)
Business Strategies, Sales and Marketing Strategies.
Ensuring over-all operational efficiency of the branch consistent with established policies, procedures, and control processes.
Ensuring quality of delivery service to all customers.
Oversees and manages all aspects of sales activities and support needed to achieve the monthly quota/ target.
Establishing sales objectives and action plans in areas of sales and operations.
Responsible in the recruitment of Agency, Freelance Agents and In-house Sales Associates.
In- charge of monitoring the daily collection of delinquent accounts in the branch and send status report to Head Office.
Monitoring of branch staffs.
Reports to the management the daily activities in the branch.
Solicits new accounts and deepens the relationships of existing accounts.
Responsible in making sure that the branch can meet the monthly targets/ quota.
In -charge of overseeing the collection of payment of delinquent accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS:Must be graduates of any business-related course
Must have 3-5 years related banking experience in aggressive account generation
Must attain the business center’s target financial volume through deepening of existing accounts and acquisitions
Very good leadership & people management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferably with experience in any Financing/ Banking or Lending institutions.
